As a chapter past president for the American Society for Training and Development, she has also worked as an instructional designer and trainer in multimedia and e-learning. Diana has an M.A. from Colorado State University and holds an undergraduate degree in communication and business. She delivers keynotes and workshops at various national and regional conferences and events.

He is founder of Neovation, an internet technology company located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
